Dr Manolis Nikolaidis is a Business Consultant and Assistant Professor on Shipping Economics and International Trade.
He started his career as Merchant Marine Officer in 1991, obtained BSc, MSc and Ph.D. degrees in Economics specialized in Shipping and International Trade.
He has conducted numerous field studies for the public and private sectors (primary, secondary, and tertiary).
During the last twenty years, he runs his Business Consulting firm in Greece (Premium Consulting), Cyprus (Acorido Ltd), and Montenegro (Premium Consulting Montenegro) at the level of Director, and CEO, while he delivers lectures at Frederick University Cyprus.
He is involved in various EU funded projects as well as in groups of experts, regarding Technical Consulting, Impact Assessments, Project Planning, and Project Finance.

Dr Marina Maniati is an Economist and Business Consultant. She obtained her BSc and MSc in Shipping Economics, holding a Ph.D. in Shipping Finance & Bank Performance. Currently, she is a Postdoctoral Researcher on Neural Networks’ Performance in Economics. As an Economist & Financial/ Business Consultant, she draws on issues of Finance & Socio-Economic Evaluation, as well as Marketing to frame her analysis. She has presented her academic work in different Conferences and peer-reviewed Journals, while she has participated in a number of European & National Projects (both for the Public and Private sector) as a Project Manager/ Partner/ Researcher. She has been involved as a Researcher in Academic Institutions, elaborating scientific Research on the topics of interest. Her Business activities lie in the Administration and running of Business Consulting firms in Greece (Premium Consulting), Cyprus (Acorido Ltd), and Montenegro (Premium Consulting Montenegro) at the level of Director, and CEO.

Mr. Constantinos E. Avtzigiannis has graduated from the University of Macedonia and has completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Wales (Postgraduate Diploma in Port & Shipping Administration) and at the University of Manchester (M.Sc in International Business Management). He posses numerous professional certifications from Classification Societies (Bureau Veritas, DNV – GL, LRS, NKK), USCG, and the University of Portsmouth. He has worked in Operations and Quality / Safety Departments of ship management companies and from early 1994 he is an independent consultant in Safety / Quality / Security Management in shipping and land industries, working also as DPA/CSO/MLC Manager in ship management companies. He is Management Systems Lead Auditor (non-exclusive) for BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION since 2009 and previously has worked also for DNV in the same capacity. Amongst his other professional undertakings is lecturing in shipping studies colleges.

Mr. Demetrios Paliatsos is a former Hellenic Navy Vice Admiral served at all hierarchy grades and duties in several Ships and Hellenic Navy Commands. In the last few years, he has served as a Training Manager in QMS Maritime Training Center. He is a Monterey Postgraduate University Bd/Md holder in Systems Engineering. He is also a qualified Navigation Assessor, by the Naval Institute of England. He has served as a Security Branch Director for NATO Installations and Harbors.

Mr. Michael Eleftheroglou specializes in the realization of complex IT projects, modern applications, and security solutions. Since 2011, he has been providing mission-critical IT, development, and consulting services, with a special focus on never being beaten on ethics, service, and value. He is an Accredited Sophos Central Overview – Engineer, as well as Sophos Authorized Trainer – End-user Protection – Administrator. He holds a Diploma in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
