TMSA3 - Awareness / Review of Elements

Since January 1^st 2018, all tanker companies should be in full compliance with TMSA 3 requirements and integrated SIRE-TMSA reporting platform.

The purpose of the webinar is to describe how tanker vessel operators may achieve high standards of ship management and safety.

The webinar will review the regulatory landscape of the above challenges and will also provide practical guidance to ensure compliance.

SCOPE OF THE COURSE

The webinar aims to provide the knowledge and skills required for the crew, officers, and ashore personnel involved in TMSA 3 and SIRE/VIQ.

The webinar follows the core structure of TMSA 3 chapters and subsections, additional explanatory sections and notes are included.

INSTRUCTOR

Mr. Demetrios Paliatsos is a former Hellenic Navy Vice Admiral served at all hierarchy grades and duties in several Ships and Hellenic Navy Commands. In the last few years, he has served as a Training Manager in QMS Maritime Training Center. He is a Monterey Postgraduate University Bd/Md holder in Systems Engineering. He is also a qualified Navigation Assessor, by the Naval Institute of England. He has served as a Security Branch Director for NATO Installations and Harbors.
